To the maximum extent permitted by law ll warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Standard website terms commonly include warranty disclaimers and limitations.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codevyn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Limitation of liability is a standard clause in Terms for managing risk.

To the extent liability is not excluded, Codevyn’s total liability for claims relating to the Site will not exceed USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Codevyn and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

10) Candidate Submissions and Staffing Use

Candidate submissions are used to evaluate qualifications and to support staffing services (contract, contractual roles)

Submission does not guarantee an interview, placement, or employment. Candidate evaluation and client submission processes may include verification steps and client-specific requirements.

11) Privacy and Security

Our collection and use of personal information is described. If our Site makes privacy or security representations, we are expected to follow them and maintain reasonable security appropriate to the data we handle.

12) Governing Law
